1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
As required by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, Les Ambassadeurs (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Data Controller”) regulates the principles it has adopted regarding the protection of personal data and determines the personal data processing principles regarding the processing of personal data belonging to Customers (Guests), Employees, Employee Candidates, Visitors, Customer Candidates, Suppliers, Third Parties, Online Website Visitors (“Groups of Persons”) and aims to enlighten the persons and groups in question.
2. PRINCIPLES REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company processes your personal data as the Data Controller within the framework of the following principles.
2.1 Processing in Accordance with Laws (Law) and the Rule of Honesty
In the processing of your personal data, the principles introduced within the framework of Law No. 6698 and the general rule of trust and honesty are complied with.
2.2 Ensuring Accuracy and Up-to-dateness of Personal Data
Taking into account your personal interests and rights, periodic checks and updates are made for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the processed data we have. For this purpose, units (responsible persons) have been established within the Company to check the accuracy of personal data and make the necessary corrections, and the necessary measures have been taken in this regard.
2.3 Purpose of Processing Data
Your personal data is processed for clear, specific and legitimate purposes in the eyes of the law.
2.4 Processing of data within the limits appropriate to the purposes
The Company processes the personal data in its possession in a measured, purposeful and limited manner in order to achieve the intended goals and ensures that personal data that is not relevant to the achievement of the purpose or is not needed is not processed.
2.5 Data Storage Period
The Company stores all personal data only for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. In this context, first of all, it is determined whether a period is foreseen in the relevant legislation for the storage of personal data, and if a period is specified, this period is complied with. If no period is specified, personal data is stored for the period that may be needed within the service branches provided by the Company. In case the period expires or the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, and if there is no legal reason allowing them to be processed for a longer period, the Company deletes, destroys or anonymizes them in accordance with the Personal Data Storage and Destruction Procedure through the Data Controller.
3. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The Company ensures that all kinds of personal data are processed in accordance with the conditions and purposes set out below:
3.1 Conditions and Purposes Specified by Laws
In cases where the processing of personal data is clearly and explicitly foreseen and mandatory in the laws, your personal data may be processed by the Company.
3.2 Relating to a Mutual Written Agreement
The company may process your personal data if it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the agreement, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a bilateral agreement.
3.3 Cases where the Explicit Consent of the Person Concerned Cannot Be Obtained Due to Impossibility
If the processing of personal data is mandatory for the life or physical integrity of the person concerned who is unable to express his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent cannot be recognized as valid, or for the protection of the life or physical integrity of another person, your personal data may be processed.
3.4 Data Made Public to Third Parties
If your personal data is made public by you to third parties, it may be processed by the company.
3.6 Data Processing Is Mandatory for the Establishment or Protection of a Right
The company may process your personal data within the framework of the law if data processing is mandatory for the acquisition, exercise or protection of a right.
3.7 Protection of Personal Rights and Processing of Data Based on Legitimate Interest
The Company may process your personal data if data processing is necessary within the limits determined by law to protect personal rights and legitimate interests.
3.8 Processing Based on Explicit Consent
The Company may process personal data upon a verbal or written statement from the other party.
